Intellectual property

The entire website (text, visuals, structure) and the content of the ebooks sold (contact lists, addresses, methods, strategies) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or sharing with third parties, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Personal data

The data provided when placing an order (name, email address) is used solely to deliver the ebooks, book the consulting sessions and handle customer follow-up. It is neither resold nor shared with third parties. Under the GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to the contact address above.

The site does not use tracking cookies: no consent banner is required. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device.

Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms of sale govern the sale of digital content (ebooks) and consulting services offered on the Sourcing Direct website. Every order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products

• "Contacts" ebook — €100: a list of direct contacts of verified suppliers (phone, WhatsApp, email), with sector and specialty.
• "Contacts + Addresses" ebook — €150: the previous offer plus full addresses (factories, warehouses, showrooms) and landmarks by city and wholesale market.
• "Full Bundle" — €250: the previous offers plus a complete advertising strategy and 2 hours of consulting calls included, in one or two sessions, by video call or phone.

The ebooks are delivered as PDF files. Detailed descriptions appear on the sales page.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed on the day of the order. The publisher reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with no effect on orders already placed.

Article 4 — Order and payment

Orders are placed through the payment methods offered on the site. An order is firm once payment is confirmed. An acknowledgement is sent by email to the address provided by the buyer, who undertakes to provide a valid address.

Article 5 — Delivery

The ebooks are sent by email, as PDF files, immediately after payment confirmation and within 24 hours at the latest. For the Full Bundle, a booking link for the consulting sessions is sent with the delivery; the 2 hours must be used within 6 months of purchase.

If you do not receive your order (after checking your spam folder), contact support: delivery is resent free of charge.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately after purchase, without physical medium, whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent. By confirming the order, the buyer expressly consents to the immediate supply of the ebook and waives the right of withdrawal on the digital content.

By ordering the Full Bundle, the buyer requests the immediate performance of the support service (the booking link is sent upon delivery) and acknowledges that the Bundle — digital content and support included — is non-refundable.

Article 7 — Licence of use

The purchase of an ebook grants a personal, non-transferable licence of use. Reselling, sharing, publishing or distributing the contacts, addresses and content, in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, is prohibited.

Article 8 — Liability

The contacts and addresses provided were verified as of the date shown in each edition. The publisher cannot be held liable for the later evolution of a supplier's situation (ceasing operations, change of contact details, quality of the goods ordered), nor for the buyer's business results. The contractual relationships between the buyer and the suppliers contacted are their sole responsibility.

Article 9 — Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

Refund policy

No refund — digital product

The ebooks and the Full Bundle are non-refundable. This is digital content delivered immediately after purchase: once the ebook is sent, its value — the contacts, addresses and strategies it contains — has been transferred and cannot be "returned". By confirming the order, the buyer consents to the immediate supply of the content and waives the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, Article 6 of the Terms of Sale).

Therefore, the following are never refunded: a change of mind, an ebook already delivered and readable, or consulting sessions already held.

In case of a technical problem

If you have not received your ebook within 24 hours (please check your spam folder) or if the delivered file is unreadable, write to support: a new delivery or a working file is provided free of charge. The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) applies in all cases.
